This was accepted by Peacock Journal, whose strapline is ‘Beauty First’.
I was especially happy about this acceptance, because Peacock Journal is based in the USA. I’d been submitting to US journals for some years without success, and feared that British-isms in my work (beyond the obvious favour/favor, pavement/sidewalk etc) might be putting editors off.
